Fleet Maull, PhD
Fleet has spent more than 20 years advising privately held businesses on growth, operational improvement, succession, and founder transitions. He has worked with companies in the $10M–$50M revenue range, helping owners scale profitably through operational redesign, culture transformation, sales improvement, business model innovation, and rebranding. He has also supported generational transfers and exit planning. Fleet is the founder and CEO of Windhorse Seminars & Consulting and Heart Mind Institute, and has also been a partner in New Line Consulting.
Jefferson Guest
Jefferson helps businesses scale through better systems, process design, and growth strategy. His background spans enterprise software implementation, account management, and sales, including leadership roles on large-scale projects for major health systems across the US and Canada. He focuses on improving core operations, identifying expansion opportunities, and using technology and automation to help companies run more effectively and grow with less friction. Jefferson is also an active startup investor and operator.
